History
The site of a racetrack since 1773, it stands in the area of Colwick Park and is overlooked by Colwick Hall. For the informed - the course is left handed and abandoned National Hunt Races in the mid 1990's. It has since has only hosted flat racing.
The site also houses Nottingham Greyhound Stadium. It is a very busy location on Sundays when a Car Boot sale is often in full swing.
Whilst researching this area I found a 'hidden' picnic area and numerous paths into Colwick Park itself. I have placed a further Munzee on the other side of the Picnic area.
I have tried to make the deployments 'finder friendly' but not obvious to non-players. If you do remove a card to scan then please replace as found. Please contact me with any problems regarding scanning/deployment.
Hint : Along the footpath close to the racecourse fence. Lonely fencepost. Rotate the Munzee out and you should be able to capture.
