Koch Park is a major park located at Charbonier and Howdershell Roads. It has 70 acres, and has as its major attraction, the John F. Kennedy Community Center. Also, tennis courts, two handball courts, one lighted multi-purpose court, a unique playground, sand volleyball court and archery range. There are two pavilions with barbecue pits for picnics. Kennedy Memorial Field is a fenced-in athletic area for rent to organizations for various functions. Koch Park is also the headquarters for Park Maintenance, which is located at 2300 Charbonier.
